Swimmer of the Month
Erin’s hard work in training over the past few months has not gone unnoticed. Now she’s flying in training and has had a great County Championships because of it. Well done Erin and keep it up!
It has been so nice to see more of Jake at training this month and have been very impressed with his response to some quite tough sets and his positive attitude generating lots of smiles in the university lanes!
For his commitment and consistency in training. Pete get’s on really well with all the squads and his ability definitely pushes those around him to train all the more harder.
Junior Coaching Level 1
Has been working very hard on his frontcrawl breathing and gives excellent answers to questions
Junior Coaching Level 2
Quietly completes every task given and listens very carefully, this has allowed him to improve on his breastroke turns and dolphin kick underwater.
Junior Coaching Level 3
Excellent under water skills during our dolphin kick challenges as well as showing great technique over all 4 strokes.
Junior Coaching Level 4
She always gives 100% with great time trial improvements. She has been working really hard on her breastroke and most recently her dives. She always has a smile on her face!
She has constantly swam fast in her front crawl races particularly. She has listened well and focuses hard to complete all tasks to her highest standard. Katy has improved her quality of turns recently.
Great determination and hard work finally paid off! She corrected her breaststroke (with a little bit of help from brother Archie) and she was really consistent with it! well done!
Great training ethic and attitude always tries her hardest with no complaints and has produced some great results as of late! Well done Millie. Millie King produced 9 personal
Bests at the county champs.
He has had a massive turnaround in performance training and attitude skills and a 100 percent pb rate at the Counties.

Excellent attitude and hard work in sessions, along with achieving her first Midland qualifying times over counties. She has brought a real energy to the squad and lots of smiles!
He steals swimmer of the month for National Squad with many candidates coming very close with a huge shift in attitudes and mental ability to perform and train well.
Joe has shown great resilience in his races and seen fantastic results throughout both racing weekends in Counties.
He integrated himself into National Squad as a much valued member within the group and has matured well already for a young lad.
I’m looking forward to seeing where Joe’s adventure takes him next in the pool…
