Meet Update - (12th Jan 2012)
We wish all competitors very success in their swims at our meet this weekend.
Refunds for rejected entries will be available for collection by Club representatives along with pre-ordered Coaches Passes (at the swimmers entrance to the pool at the start of Session 1 and 3 warm up). Any refunds not collected over the weekend will be posted after the event.
Meet Entry Update - (18th Dec 2011)
We have had an unexpectedly large entry for this meet. Almost double the number of swims that can be accepted have entered. A number of swimmers have taken up our offer last week allowing them to withdraw. Following these withdrawls we have had to reject 2675 swims in order to stay within the time constraints allowed for Licensed meets. 791 swimmers have unfortunately been rejected from at least 1 of the events that they have entered (from a total entry of 1152 swimmers). We can only apologise for the disappointment that this will cause.

The meet provisional programme can be viewed on screen but not printed.
Rejected entries were either outside the original Qualifying Times (a very small number), or rejected because the meet has been over subscribed. These swims are therefore not accepted.
Shortly a provisional programme will be published here. Please check back.

Cardless Meet
As previous years, this event will be run without Entry Cards. This means that we will assume that all swimmers that have been accepted for this meet are going to attend and swim all the events that they entered. If you are not going to swim any one or all of the events that you have entered you MUST please let us know by either email, telephone or in person at the meet.
Entries, by Club, will be published on this web site, so that you can check your entries. We will NOT be returning any other information by post. If you are not going to swim any or all events that you have entered please either:
Telephone Co Derby Meets 07935 335851 from Friday evening 13th Jan and on Saturday / Sunday or
Tell us your Name, Club and the Events that you want to withdraw from and if possible your Competitor Number for each event (which can be found in the accepted entry lists for your Club above).
You must tell us that you are withdrawing from an event before the start of the warm up for the session in which the event is due to be swum. After this time it will be assumed that you are swimming the event and a lane will be allocated to you. (Withdrawls after this time may result in an empty lane).
Heat start lists will be printed for each session and will be available with competitors stewards and meet officials.
