Accepted Entry Information
Thank you for entering our Ninth Long Course Licensed Open Meet. This year's entry has once again been fantastic with unfortunately more entries than we can accept within the time available. Some entries that are being rejected were already slower than the original Qualifying Times for this meet. However, there are also some swims rejected, that are within the Qualifying Times, but cannot be accomodated in the time available. Use the link below for a list. Sorry for any disappointment.

Cardless Meet
As previous years, this event will be run without Entry Cards. This means that we will assume that all swimmers that have been accepted for this meet are going to attend and swim all the events that they entered. If you are not going to swim any one or all of the events that you have entered you MUST please let us know by either email, telephone or in person at the meet.
Entries, by Club, will be published on this web site, so that you can check your entries. We will NOT be returning any other information by post. If you are not going to swim any or all events that you have entered please either:
Telephone Co Derby Meets 07935 335851 from Friday evening 8th Jan and on Saturday / Sunday or
Tell us your Name, Club and the Events that you want to withdraw from and if possible your Competitor Number for each event (which can be found in the accepted entry lists for your Club above).
You must tell us that you are withdrawing from an event before the start of the warm up for the session in which the event is due to be swum. After this time it will be assumed that you are swimming the event and a lane will be allocated to you. (Withdrawls after this time may result in an empty lane).
Heat start lists will be printed for each session and will be available with competitors stewards and meet officials.
