Meet Entry Information Downloads

Please use the links below to enable you to view and print Meet entry information. Please remember the entry closing date is 27th March 2014.

To view the PDF files you will need the free PDF 'viewer' program, Adobe Acrobat, available via the link on this page (right column).

After using SportSystems Entry Manager to create your entries, "Export" the entries (to a single file) and email this back to the meet organiser and send payment for the entries. The exported file will most likely be saved in the "C:\SPORTSYS\SSENTRY\EXPORT" folder and will have a file name something like: DM14MEET_DERA_20140330-101421.sez (meaning MeetCodeMeetYear_Club_Date-Time.sez)

Return this file by email attachment to : openmeets@coderby.co.uk and CC: to info@coderby.co.uk

Important Note

By making this Short Course Meet a Level 3 license, we can have more flexiblity in setting our Qualification Times and accept entries on a First Come First Served basis. We hope to make the meet appropriate for a wide range of high standard swimmers aiming to achieve Regional qualification times. The Upper Limit Times are equivalent to the National Qualifying times for each event as allowed by the licensing guidelines.

Our B Grade Level 3 Meet in July will continue to be aimed at "B Grade" swimmers aiming to achieve at least County qualification times and will have qualification and upper limit times set appropriately.

Help us to help you - submit your club entries electronically

Electronic Entry system

Many Clubs will already be familiar with submitting entries to County and Regional Championships electronically. This obviously helps to improve accuracy and offers you another option for submitting your entries to our meet. There is now a new version electronic entry program for Sportsystems Meet Organisation software that is much improved with features like:

  • On-line look up of swimmers details and ranking times
  • Download a list of registered swimmers for your Club for single click entry of swimmers names and dob
  • Qualifying time checking as times are entered
  • and much more

Read the Electronic Entry Guidance Notes for details of the Entry program.
These notes contain several links to useful video web casts (eg Quick Start web cast) and help information.
