We look forward to welcoming all accepted swimmers to Queen's Leisure Centre on 25-26th April. Please read the important information below and do volunteer to officiate if you can. You help will be greatly appreciated.

Finally ... In common with all sporting venues our pool has a finite limit on spectator capacity. Spectators will therefore be admitted strictly on a first come first served basis.
PLEASE CO-OPERATE WITH MEET OFFICIALS TO ENSURE THAT WE HAVE A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE EVENT FOR AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. Thank you.

Swimming Officials (Judges, Starters and Referees)

Important entry information

Cardless Meet

As previous years, we will run this event without Entry Cards. This means we will assume all swimmers that have been accepted for this meet are going to attend and swim all the events that they entered. If you are not going to swim any one, or all of the events that you have entered you MUST please let us know by either email, telephone or in person at the meet.

Entries, by Club, will be published on this web site, so that you can check your entries. Also we will be returning by post, meet information and a list of swims for each swimmer in the envelopes that you provided. Then if you are not going to swim any or all events that you have entered please either:

  • Email info@coderby.co.uk or
  • Telephone Christine Brocklehurst 01332 605101 (before the meet)
  • In Person at the meet office (Behind the deep end of the pool).

Tell us your Name, Club and the Events that you want to withdraw from and if possible your Competitor Number for each event (which can be found in the accepted entry lists for your Club above).

You must tell us that you are withdrawing from an event before the start of the warm up for the session in which the event is due to be swum. After this time it will be assumed that you are swimming the event and a lane will be allocated to you. (Withdrawls after this time may result in an empty lane).

Heat start lists will be printed for each session and will be available with competitors stewards and meet officials.

Meet Entry Information

Please use the links below to enable you to view and print Meet entry information. For your convenience the information is available in 2 formats:

Microsoft Word 2000 document format
(Good if you can open Word 2000 documents, prints well)

Adobe Acrobat PDF format
(Good alternative if you haven't access to Word 2000, prints well)

Click here for other useful meet information

To view the PDF files you will need the free PDF 'viewer' program, Adobe Acrobat, available via the link on this page (right column). This is a much more reliable method of distributing published information for printing than simple web pages.

Both the Word and PDF format files are protected from being changed but can be printed and freely distributed.

Meet information is available with all 5 pages combined into one Zip file, or as individual pages that will load directly into either Word or Acrobat. Simply click the appropriate links. Each page should open in a new window. Simply close the window to return to this page. (When printing a PDF make sure that the 'Fit to Page' option is ticked.)

Word 2000 .doc Format
