IMPORTANT NOTES:
Once the closing date for entries has passed any swimmer unable to participate due to their own COVID circumstances will unfortunately not be able to claim a refund. Should the meet be fully cancelled due to the COVID, a full refund of entry fees will be made to the club under which you enter.
The promoter will have to make sure changes as are needed to the programme or to restrict numbers of entries at any time due to change of conditions imposed by the pool operator or other authority. In light of current government guidelines, all swimmers; officials; and all other event volunteers are required to wear face masks in all areas within Ponds Forge unless exempt. Proof of a negative Lateral Flow test is also required, which needs to be done on both days of the meet.
All competitors/clubs are asked to seat themselves upstairs in the gallery, on the left hand side as entering the competition pool. The Marshall area is situated on the left hand side of the pool opposite the AOE - not in the call room alongside the dive pit, due to COVID ventilation requirements.
We are awaiting final confirmation regarding spectators from Ponds Forge and this will be posted as soon as available.

It has been confirmed that spectators wil be invited in to spectate. The spectator viewing area is to the right hand side of the pool as you walk in. Thank you.
