Cardless Meet

As previous years, we are going to run the event without Entry Cards. This means that we will assume all swimmers that have entered this meet are going to attend and swim all the events that they entered. If you are not going to swim any one or all of the events that you have entered you MUST please let us know by either email, telephone or in person at the meet.

Entries for each Club and the meet programme will be published on this web site, so that you will be able to check your entries. If you are not going to swim any or all events that you have entered please either:

Email info@coderby.co.uk or

Telephone Christine Brocklehurst 01332 605101 (before the meet) or

Telephone Co Derby Meets 07935 335851 from Friday 1st July and on Saturday or

In Person at the meet office (behind the deep end of the pool).

You must tell us that you are withdrawing from an event before the start of the warm up for the session in which the event is due to be swum. After this time it will be assumed that you are swimming the event and a lane will be allocated to you. (Withdrawls after this time may result in an empty lane).

Heat start lists will be printed for each session and will be available with competitors stewards and meet officials.

Electronic Entry system

Many Clubs will already be familiar with submitting entries to County and Regional Championships electronically. This obviously helps to improve accuracy and offers you another option for submitting your entries to our meet. There is now a new version electronic entry program for Sportsystems Meet Organisation software that is much improved with features like:

  • On-line look up of swimmers details and ranking times
  • Download a list of registered swimmers for your Club for single click entry of swimmers names and dob
  • Qualifying time checking as times are entered
  • and much more

Read the Electronic Entry Guidance Notes for details of the Entry program.
These notes contain several links to useful video web casts (eg Quick Start web cast) and help information.

Brief Instructions :

Please read the "Electronic Entry" notes for further instructions. After reading the guidance notes, use the image links below to:

  • Download and install the Entry Manager program
  • View the quick start video and
  • Import the "Entry File Set" for this competition.
  • There is a link on each image below for each of these 3 steps

Please NOTE!! When using the Electronic Entry system ...

  • Enter 11 and Over aged swimmers into the Individual Boys and Individual Girls events which have entry fields for the 100m events and 100m IM and
  • Enter 9 / 10 years swimmers into the Individual Men and Individual Women events which have entry fields for the 50m events and 100m IM

The guidance notes and help will make these operations clear.
